A Natural Hazard Disclosure is a report required for a real estate transaction in California, detailing the state, federal, and locally mapped hazards for a specified property. The NHD is pursuant to California Civil Code 1103 and includes information on zones such as fire, flood and earthquakes.

We offer both Residential and Commercial NHD Reports, each with the option to include environmental in the report. The options are as follows:

  1. Residential Basic NHD Report: NHD + Tax

  2. Residential Environmental NHD Report: NHD + Tax + Environmental

  3. Commercial NHD Report: NHD + Tax

  4. Commercial Environmental NHD Report: NHD + Tax + Environmental

The price of each of our reports is as follows:

  1. Residential Basic NHD Report – $79.95

  2. Residential Environmental NHD Report – $99

  3. Commercial NHD Report – $84.95

  4. Commercial Environmental NHD Report – $119.95

You can place an order in the following ways:

  • Use our order portal to place an order. If you have not created an account with us yet, you will have to do so at this time. Once logged in, click on “Order Report”, then follow the easy steps.

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order details. Please include the following: Street Address, APN, County, Escrow Number, Escrow Company, Escrow Officer, Close of Escrow, Report Type.

  • Call us at (858) 964-3200. We have dedicated customer service available Monday-Friday, [9 to 5 pm].

Yes, Click NHD does have E&O Insurance for added protection.

Click NHD does not have a cancellation policy. Please contact us to cancel the order and there will be no charge.

Our NHD reports will be delivered to you in 1 minute, unless it is a special order. Special orders typically take 1-4 business hours to be completed.

Note: Please make sure to check your junk mail or spam in case our reports have improperly landed there. Please mark us as “safe” if we are in fact ending in your junk mail or spam.

Our electronic booklets are available as a hyperlink on our NHD reports, or can be found on our resources page online.

After escrow closes, the escrow company will prepare and send a check to Click NHD. If you would like to pay earlier, you can send a check to our billing address.

Currently, we only accept payment in the form of a check. Please make checks payable to Click NHD. The billing address is PO Box 500594, San Diego, CA 92150.

To place an order with multiple APNs, please send a request to [email protected] with the listed APNs. We charge $50 for each additional APN.
